Your products are no good. Customer service is even worse. The product that was sent was leaking and wet . They said they would check product prior to mailing out. The new product was damage also.

Ive been a purity products customer for 3 years, I can manage my auto ship any way I want. When I have a question about a product or order I call and always get a real person in a timely manner. I especially like the new Biotin, and customer service rep. Robert who is helpful and speaks loud enough and clearly.

It was a great experience today. My first request to delay my auto shipment a couple of months was taken care of. My second request took a lot of the Associate's time, and she was very friendly and patient. First class customer service! BTW, I've been a user of the HA product for many years, and it's been very effective for this 83 year old body.

Talked with Sheneiza today and she moved some shipment dates back for me which was critical for my personal financial situation. I had recently lost my job and had been out of work for 2 months.
