Upon arriving here I was very disappointed to see they have attempted to block the public from accessing the beach behind the establishment. As a tax payer, my taxes have been spent to maintain beach sand for decades within the state of Florida. Now these elitist slobs want to claim the property as their own? News flash, you don't own the beach. Not only will I spend my money elsewhere, I will make sure anytime I am in Siesta Key, I will walk on the public beach as I please, where I please.

They are putting flags on the beach stating that anyone walking along their shoreline is officially trespassing. Absolutely reprehensible behavior. The beaches should belong to the people, not some stuffy condominium association for the wealthy. Stop trying to persecute the public who are enjoying Florida's beaches.
