I lived in a Virginia Ave. apartment from March '16-'17 and had a good experience overall. Brian is a good landlord being quick to respond and attentive when needed. I liked dealing directly with him and his wife to do everything from the apartment showing, paperwork, and sending maintenance requests. The smaller overhead means that their listings are less expensive than other options within walking distance to downtown Royal Oak. Believe me, I searched a lot...
