The Salt Barre
Barre is a low impact workout technique inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It's designed for all fitness levels that uses high intensity movements to strengthen and tone your body in ways that few other workouts can! The emphasis on proper alignment and balance as well as core engagement means classes move at a slower pace.

Many find improved posture, muscle definition, weight loss, increased flexibility, and reduced stress. Inferno Hot Pilates is a demanding high-intensity workout getting the entire body in on the action. Inferno Hot Pilates is similar to regular pilates, but we crank up the heat to 95 degrees with 40% humidity in the room.

The Inferno Hot Pilates class is amazing! I've never taken an actual Pilates class (always done at home) and this class blew everything away that I have been doing. The heat makes it even better because if you're like me, you like to feel a sweat and burn with every workout! Michele was a phenomenal instructor, I would HIGHLY recommend taking her class.
On-Demand Classes

Let's face it, with busy schedules and things coming up out of nowhere, it can get difficult to carve out time to get to the studio. However, Salt Barre On-Demand gets you access to the same in-studio classes you can follow along with wherever you are. Sometimes, it can be difficult to keep up with a class and before you know it, the class is over.

Pilates is often found to be quite similar to yoga. However, it has a primary focus on your body's core muscles such as the abdomen, obliques, lower back, thighs, and glutes. Pilates sculpts much of what people are looking for: strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, as well as good posture.
