Very disappointed in their suggestion to use frontline insurance. I put a new roof approved by my old insurance. Just got a notice of non renewal. The agent at erb and young was of no help.advised me to call and shop around. Poor service VERY disappointed.

My policy was being cancelled and they did absolutely nothing to help me, despite my multiple attempts to reach out. Clearly they were prioritizing new business over existing for their own benefit. Not how you should treat your customers. I was forced to find a new policy on my own. since they ghosted me. I would not recommend!
