Our campground sits on 50 acres with Oceanfront and Soundfront accommodations including RV and Tent Sites along with Park Model Rentals. Our facilities accommodate Groups of all sizes.
The Clubhouse is great for smaller, more personal gatherings, and the Conference Center is ideal for weddings, receptions, banquets, dances and rally functions. We have numerous planned activities during the summer months. Enjoy miniature golf, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, cornhole, a game room and our three pools and Jacuzzi at your leisure.

Camp Hatteras is rated as one of the top 100 parks by Trailer Life Directory with a rating of 10/10*/9.5. We would definitely stay here again! In fact, we extended our stay this time because we enjoyed it so much. Turns out there is tons of stuff to do on the outer banks! Camp Hatteras is great because it's centrally located and well taken care of.

Our major employment is during the summer months however some positions begin as early as March - April and some are available into the fall. If you are interested in full time employment, please contact the resort directly at 252-987-2777 and ask for Kim! Camp Hatteras looks for energetic and friendly team players who aren't afraid to have fun!

You may check in any time after 1 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. Our check out time is 11 AM.We do not refund for early departures or adverse weather. If you invite a guest to visit you in the park, please advise them of day/overnight fee and instruct them to check in and pick up a vehicle pass.
