We offer classes: Taekwondo and many different self-defense courses for all ages and skill levels from beginner to advanced. Peewee Class
Report
Our Pee Wee classes are specialized for toddlers that are transitioning into preschool and kindergarten. As their biological and psychological changes are developing, we facilitate this transition in a safe and positive environment. They will practice respect and discipline in a friendly atmosphere where they can develop positive self-image, self-esteem and self-confidence.
Kids & Family Class

Kid's classes are designed with safety first. We have helpful, trained instructors that enable our young students to feel comfortable learning and practicing. Each student will learn the importance of team work and respect. The children participate in guided and independent training during class. Developing characteristics which may lead the student to be more disciplined and confident.
Adult Class
Report
Adult instruction is about keeping traditional discipline in an atmosphere where you can feel comfortable working with others. It is an environment where you can learn more about yourself while strengthening your body. We offer various classes including Traditional, Olympic (sport) Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, Weap- ons and other specialized classes.
