I found a kitty that had a broken jaw. West side was able to take the kitty that day. When I called the next day they were eager to get me an update on the kitty. Found out they were going to do more work later so they told me I could call back this afternoon for another update. They were so friendly and genuinely cared which helped put me at ease.

Dr. Louis, hands down, is amazing! Her staff is also super nice! Dr. Louis has always given our fur babies her time and attention, with yearly exams as well as other issues that may happen during the year. She listens and helps to decide the best course of treatment for your pet. She's a gem

Nothing but the best! My dog recently needed an emergency surgery and my previous vet would not perform the operation after hours. I called Westside and they were more than willing to do the procedure and took more care of him then I felt they needed to. I have never seen such compassion for an animal they had never met! My dog is part of my family and they treated both him and me as such. I feel like if I had taken my boy anywhere else he would not be with me today. Great people who actually care and go above and beyond what they are required to do.
