Caf Marizon (Circa 1997) is a nostalgic restaurant featuring great food, with great service, with a collection of historical photographs and items of Amarillo memorabilia from days past. We have come a long way from our humble beginnings in the original Marizon clothing store building on Polk Street to our current location with parking, patio, and pick up window on Hillside.

You'll savor dishes such as our steaming French dip sandwich served with au jus on a hoagie roll covered in Swiss cheese. Like burgers? Well, we have them! They are big, thick half pounders served on our homemade bread which is made twice daily.
