Align Fitness Pilates and Barre Studio is dedicated to your fitness needs, whether you are training for a 25K or starting an exercise program for the first time!

We offer Pilates mat classes and equipment privates, Barre classes, and Tai Chi classes. This is a stressful, unprecedented time. We are all trying to figure out how to navigate through our lives while trying to hold onto some bit of normalcy. We have a choice - either to see this as an opportunity to learn new ways of being or allow the stress and discontent to overwhelm and paralyze us.
