What is the 3 Class Free Pass? The Free Class Pass allows you try 3 classes with no strings attached. Come check out our facility, meet our trainers and see if CrossFit Ooltewah is the right fit for you. 2. Who is it for? Anyone brand new to CrossFit Ooltewah, living in the local area, and looking for a home gym.
Programs

FitCamp is our bootcamp class. This class is different from our regular CrossFit classes in that there are no heavy barbells. Did you say "Conditioning, Conditioning, and More Conditioning?" Oh yeah. You're going to have so much fun and burn tons of calories. Even though this ain't yo mommas step class, she can participate too.
DROP-IN’s

Drop-ins are available for anyone who has had a minimum of 3 months CrossFit experience. This allows our coaching staff to be certain we are on the same page with movements, and that you are comfortable with how a CrossFit class works. That means you should know how to scale workouts safely and be familiar with common CrossFit movements.
Fitcamp Classes

CFO Fitcamp is designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. It is a CrossFit style bootcamp class without all the heavy barbell work designed to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN! CFO Fitcamp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns.
Strength/Weightlifting

CFO-Strength was designed to help athletes build a strong foundation through developing mobility, positional awareness, and strength that will enable them to handle greater loads, as well as maintain technique and quality through fatigue in WOD's. For the athlete serious about changing any necessary mobility limitations and/or movement patterns to get better at the highly technical demands of the Olympic lifts- this program is for you.
