Location, location, location clean quiet good price on Thanksgiving Holiday without gouging! Its not new but a charm of a place. Very nice customer service. Rooms inland off hwy 100 near Flagler Hospital gouged prices up from $80 to $100. For holiday!

Great location. Across the A1A from the beach. Balcony to view sunrise. Awesome. Bit could have walked to beach. Bit this made it easy to go back to bed. Air conditioner was noisy. Bring your own shampoo! Just 3 minutes from Flagler pier and town.

Different with nostalgia 30 feet from the beach and ocean. Clean and comfortable. Convenient to restaurants, shops and more. Guest host was great. I had a room with ocean views. I will book again.

We loved it. It's an old building but they keep it up pretty well. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. Small bathroom for a bigger guy. But that's how they built them back in the day. Lots of restaurants and shops close by and beach access just across the street. Can't wait to get back.

My room had a ce view of the ocean, and very comfortable bed. I was grateful for the tub after driving 14 hours it was great. I hope to be able to come here again. The ladies in the office were very nice and wonderful even after I lost my room key.
