Services
Diabetic Foot Care
Our diabetic foot care program prevents complications through regular check-ups, nail care, and patient education. We address numbness, poor circulation, and infection risks with specialized monitoring and hygiene guidance. Services include wound care, footwear recommendations, and early intervention for ulcers or neuropathy.
Custom Orthotics
Custom orthotics provide personalized arch support and pressure distribution for foot, ankle, and lower limb conditions. We use advanced molding techniques to create devices that improve biomechanics, reduce pain, and prevent progression of structural issues like flat feet or high arches.
Bunion Surgery
Minimally invasive bunion surgery corrects deformities through bone realignment and soft tissue adjustments. Our endoscopic techniques reduce recovery time while addressing chronic pain and mobility limitations caused by bunions, ensuring proper joint function and footwear compatibility.
Foot Fracture Treatment
We diagnose and treat foot fractures using imaging technology and immobilization techniques. Treatment plans include casting, bracing, or surgical fixation with pins/screws for complex breaks, followed by rehabilitation to restore strength and mobility after bone healing.
Heel Pain Management
Heel pain treatment addresses plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, and nerve-related conditions through physical therapy, night splints, and shockwave therapy. We identify biomechanical causes to develop long-term solutions for chronic heel discomfort and inflammation.

Report
Referred here by my wife who likesDr Rupley's bedside manner, she takes her time going over your condition of your feet and how custom orthotics can really help you throughout your day. She answers your questions and provides up to date information regarding foot care. My feet has been hurting for quite some time and needed some relief. You can only take ibuprofen for so long and then you need some other type of relief. Changing you shoes every so often can help provide the proper support and cushioning your feet deserve. Orthotics can help even further by aligning your feet and body for proper
