Cannot say enough about the incredible people (Jennifer and Marissa) that always make sure our glass orders get done even on super short notice. We service the historic districts and their homes all contain single pane glass. If we go out on a job to replace the glass, we literally cannot wait days for a single piece of glass to be cut. That homeowner needs their window fixed that day! We were recently over in Tulsa working on some historic windows and I placed an order for a single piece of glass to be cut. After waiting for almost four and a half hours, I gave up and went to the local

Took off work for a shower glass install appointment. Was told someone would be at our home by 11am. Called them at 11:20am to see why nobody showed up. Was told "Yeah, our shower install guy didn't come in to work today and we haven't gotten around to calling his appointments yet to let them know. He should call you next week to re-schedule." WTH? If this company can't take care of customers better than this, then there is no way I'd trust them to install anything. These people are a lazy joke.
