Outstanding workmanship. Honest, helpful, and willing to spend time getting the job well done. Not only did they fix the broken spring, the checked all parts of the garage door including the motor. They lubricated moving parts on the garage door. They went above and beyond! Would highly recommend this company. Used them for years.

Prompt Service. Technician came to house on a stuck door carrier. Asked me to try the door again and it worked. Explained to me that this happens sometimes. Greased the door carrier. No charge. Will definitely use Trotter again.

Trotter's was recommended to me by a friend who told me they were great, and he was right--they are! The service rep Tyrone was accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all put out with me when it turned out he'd made a trip for nothing because my garage door was actually working. Instead, he schooled me on the necessity of surge protectors and oiled the coils and track, which I very much appreciated. Thank you, Tyrone and Trotter's!

Very quick installation. Tyrone took time to make sure I understood how to run everything before leaving. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.
