You have a 6 month initial contract, and then it's month to month thereafter. You may cancel your Membership after the 6 month initial contract without penalty by providing written notice of your request at least 30 days prior to your billing date. If you cancel before your initial contract ends, a cancellation fee of one month's full retail amount of the services included in your membership will be issued.
