Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, Blair knows and appreciates all that the Queen city has to offer. Her elementary days started at Elizabeth Traditional School and she graduated High School from Providence Day. Many of her fall Saturdays growing up were spent at North Carolina State University football games, her father's alma mater, where she and her older sister, Chandler, would both graduate from, as well.

In order to reduce the risk of bruising, I suggest a two-week abstinence from alcohol, aspirin products (unless Dr. prescribed), and Omega-3 supplements (such as fish oil).
