Developed by Joseph Pilates, Pilates is made up of very low to no-impact movements designed to develop strength, flexibility, balance and inner awareness. Pilates can be done by someone at any fitness level and is easily modified for people who have limited movement. Pilates promotes the feeling of mental and physical well-being and also develops inner physical awareness.

You must cancel at least 4 hours before the scheduled class time. Alternatively, if you do not show up for your booked class, you will be charged a $15 no-show fee. As classes fill up, we want to make sure that those on the waitlist are able to get in. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
