Our neighborhood's premier micro-roaster, we proudly roast our famous proprietary blend of coffee on premise, and craft a variety of seasonally inspired pastries from scratch daily.

We proudly use flour from local purveyors Cairnspring Mills and Shepherd's Grain as a foundation for all of our baked goods, and feature several pastries with fresh, in-season produce from around the Pacific Northwest.Using Bob's Red Mill gluten-free flour blend and a variety of natural vegan substitutions, we are able to create delicious treats for any dietary restriction.
