What areas do you serve for party rentals?
We serve the entire Twin Cities metro area including Minneapolis and St. Paul, with free delivery within the 494/694 loop. We also service outstate Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota with additional fees.
How does the 2-night free rental work?
When ordering online with free standard delivery, we deliver the day before your event and pick up the day after. Just specify '2 Nights FREE' in the notes section during checkout to receive this benefit.
What safety measures do you implement?
All equipment undergoes regular safety inspections. Our staff provides operation instructions and safety rules before each event. We use commercial-grade inflatables with secure anchoring systems and include safety guidelines with every rental.
Can I pick up rentals myself?
Yes, self-pickup is available from our Dayton, MN warehouse. You'll need a pickup truck or trailer. We provide loading assistance and equipment operation instructions during business hours.
What payment methods do you accept?

I used this business a lot, they are a good business. The last time was unfavorable. Being in this covid atmosphere it was unfortunate I had to clean the entire inside and entrance to the bouncy house. Dryed cake was everywhere. Naturally you would wipe things down but it was excessive and the kiddos were a little sad having to wait an hour for the house to be cleaned. I wasnt upset as I usually clean them before. The part that was unacceptable was when I spoke to someone about it, and said they would subtract some of the amount but never did. My main point is make sure its clean before they leave

We reached out to this company for a campus event. Customer service was fantastic - they even were able to make a last minute change the day before. Frank, our delivery/set-up guy was fun, personable, and did a fantastic job. We will definitely be using this company again in the future.

Late May I reserved a large inflatable water slide for the 4th of July weekend for our family as well as the neighbors. I have four young kids (8 and younger) and our neighbors have three. Due to the 4th being a major holiday and our joint party with the neighbors was centered around me renting the inflatable I called on Friday, July 2nd to confirm the order and get the time of delivery which would have been for the next day (Saturday). I did receive multiple emails in regards to my order but speaking to somebody directly would bring much needed piece of mind. The lady I spoke with told me she

Kevin and his team were GREAT! Not sure the name - he is in the 1st picture below on the left at the bungee jump and he was absolutely amazing with all of the kids. He was smiling and so energetic. Everyone was awesome, but every time I looked over at the bungee jump, he was just having so much fun! It was a great event, THANK YOU!!

Very solid first time experience with the company. I was able to make a reservation the day before the party without an issue. Darby Peter and his partner showed up and did their thing. Quick, efficient, and very professional. Explained how everything is set up and how to work the equipment. Made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed and handled. Will definitely recommend and be my go-to company for the kids birthdays.

Frank and Elliot, were wonderful! Had absolutely no issues at all. Super helpful, set everything up, awnsered any questions we had, were super nice, and they made sure to cover up the dead patch of grass in my yard with the bouncy house . Highly recommend!
