Always so accommodating. Weve rented multiple items from Grand Rental Station and keep going back. Affordable and love supporting small, local businesses. Highly recommend

Fast friendly service and equipment was in great condition. They even explaine how to use items before you leave if you are unfamiliar with what your renting.

Not a place to rely on if you are on a schedule. Didnt have my chainsaw chains sharpened when I was scheduled to return to pick up a stump grinder. Then called me to pick them up when I got 20 minutes away. Their response was, well now you can come back and get them. Next day I double checked on the chipper reservation for the next day, made a couple days before. Well do you have a reservation!?
Turns out no, and they argued with me about it. The place is fine as long as you keep expectations low and dont have a schedule to keep.

As others have said, awful customer service and front desk. Woman on the phone was completely rude and unhelpful, hung up on me when I didn't pursue the rental. So glad I didn't give them any money. I'd sooner do the job by hand than rent from them.
