Our Manhattan studio is our flagship and central office for our 2 locations throughout the state of Kansas. We have a series of recitals every spring and have recently held them at McCain Auditorium on the campus of Kansas State University. We offer a challenging dance program for all skill levels and promote the education of the proper dance knowledge base.

As the owner and director of Bates Dance Studios, Gyll has taught every type of dance offered at our studios. She has been dancing and teaching for over forty years. Gyll's love of dance began at an early age. She studied dance near her home in Ohio and during the summers in New York with renowned.

Performance Groups

The audition fee is $5 per group that you audition for. Please email info@batesdancestudios.com if you will be unable to attend the required clinic in order to receive videos to practice before the audition. We offer a challenging dance program for all skill levels and promote the education of the proper dance knowledge base.
