Twenty years ago, Ken and Kimm Schick had a dream. They dreamed of starting a winery in the quiet hills of upstate New York to escape the noise, traffic, and development that were destroying their rural New Jersey home. In 2001, the Schicks bought a 200-acre dairy farm in Fultonville - not too far from the already famous New York Finger Lakes wine-making region - and planted 1,000 young vines by hand.

For red lovers, our blends are appealing, but different. We invite you to come by the tasting room and sample wine straight from the vine.
Fruit Wines

Our fruit wines are carefully crafted with the fruit and only the fruit. Other fruit wines may be fruit flavored, or fruit infused, and begin with a grape blend. When we make a barrel of fruit wine, the only thing that goes into it is 100% fruit, whether that's apricots, strawberries, or another fruit.
