Attempted to contact the office for 2 weeks straight and kept getting the run around. We 100% would have rented their available apartment they had but had terrible customer service. Walked into an office across the street at park pointe and was immediately helped.

Don't waste your money , We applied for apartment oct /30 till now harmoni said today 11/16 the are gonna check credit !! Till now so what she was did for 16 days I tried to call every day no response phone calls at all and harmoni the lady working in the office she has so bad customer service and the is dose not have any respectful at all she is does not care about the customer she is charged me for applications for 3 people and when we went there she said so easy you can get this apartment she is a lair

We lived in this apartment complex for almost 2 years. The first 14 months were very quiet and peaceful. The last 8 months changed as 2 families of inconsiderate neighbors moved in and were loud and obnoxious. Also some people are lazy and put their trash in front of their front doors for hours, instead of walking a short distance to the dumpster, which increased the pests which we rarely saw before.
Management (Harmoni) is great; very attentive to the needs of the residents and cares about the complex and tries hard to enforce the rules so everyone can enjoy the complex. Overall, a good apartment
