I felt like I should give an update as I was correct. Went to a different gynecologist twice since my review and doing great. No need for surgery. Scares me to think what would've happened if I stayed. This is no joke. It is your health.

I visited this office back in 2017. I remember having a very positive experience with Dr. Sultan.
However, the staff is unprofessional and unfriendly. I got an email from them a couple weeks ago reminding me of a payment due since my last visit in 2017. I had not heard from them since then (4years!!!!). They said they had mailed me the bill but I never received it and I had changed my address with USPS when I moved out a year later so it doesnt make much sense. Note that they had my email this entire time, but only reached out after four years by email. I tried reaching out to my insurance

Normally I would recommend them, however I just received a bill from them and haven't been a patient or lived in Hawaii for two years. Their billing department is "off site" and the only way to speak with them is through email. Sketchy. Apparently I've had an outstanding bill with them and nobody bothered to try to get a hold of me for over two years until yesterday when I received a past due invoice to my email. I paid it immediately but this is terrible customer service and clearly you've had the ability to email me or call me this entire time.

If I could give her minus stars I would! I definitely wouldn't recommend aya to anyone I cared about ( or my worst enemy) It should be a huge red flag how many different facilities shes worked at over the years. It honestly surprised me to see how many good reviews shes gotten. I know I'm not the only one who doesn't care too much for her. I had a hysterectomy from dr aya sultan in 2013 and even though it was something I pushed for due to having severe endometriosis for the last 30+ years, I wish I never let her do it...even the nurses and her assistant at Olympic medical center

Declined me because I am 12 weeks pregnant. Even though I just found out and it is my first child. I am appalled that they deny someone for finding out too late. I will take my service and my lil bean somewhere else where my money is appreciated.

Hands down, Dr. Sultan is the best doctor Ive ever been to (and not just in Hawaii). Shes very patient and spends a lot of time with her patients to understand whats going on and looks at things with a wholistic and preventative view point, which I really appreciate and value (and realize this is something very hard to find today). Shes very easy to talk to and I love chatting with her about anything and asking her all my health related questions.
