Reneux Med & Day Spa was opened in 2007 by Dr. Irene Ohbe-Arakaki. A practicing Internal Medicine specialist in private practice, she had begun to offer Aesthetic Medical options to her patients and decided to focus on it full-time. She assembled a team of professionals to create one of Hawaii's most outstanding medical spas.

Born in Honolulu, Dr. Arakaki first graduated with honors from the University of Puget Sound, WA. After receiving her Medical Degree from the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine, she fulfilled her post-graduate training at UC Davis Medical Center and at the University of Hawaii's Residency Program.
