HV Tribe CrossFit is a grassroots affiliate that grew out of one of the first boxes in New York back in 2007, in the early days of the CrossFit movement. It has been an amazing experience starting from nothing and watching the lives of hundreds of people changed who have come through our doors. I was warmly welcomed by Barry and Diane, who were the first people I met at CrossFit.
Barry's sense of humor and his love and passion for HV Tribe CrossFit totally sold me. I've been bit by the CrosFit bug ever since! It's crazy to imagine the person I was then to the person I have grown into. I have improved my endurance, strength, and conditioning so much over this year. I'm in better shape now than I was before I got hurt.

The official definition is constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. But what does that mean, really? What it means at HV Tribe CrossFit is the Workouts Of the Day (WODs) are designed to give everyone a full body cardio and strength workout in a short time. Everyone can do the workouts because your trainer will scale the workout to meet each member's individual needs.
