Roberts installed 2 A/C units recently and we were extremely happy with their service from the time we were given an estimate, to scheduling the install, and with their install as well. They were very professional and reliable and most importantly, when there was a bit of an issue with the install, Keith (one of the owners), came out and came up with a plan to deal with the situation and reassure me as well. Price wise, they were very reasonable laying out 4 different options which were also explained in detail. I will now use Roberts to do our annual service on both our Heating and AC.

We replaced air conditioning system. Got three estimates and two companies including this company gave similar estimate. We decided to go with this one, since more detailed explanation was provided in the "proposal" sent by email. Two guys came to my house on time and overall experience was good. Unexpected cost was popped up but got some discount on that. I will use this company for regular maintenance and future repair.
