Got a new furnace and air conditioning unit about a year ago from them. Turned it on a few days ago and doesn't work. I've been trying to get ahold of them for 4 days and no response.

I have a home warranty and this company was assigned to my service request on May 12th and as of 9/21 it is still not fixed. They do not return my calls nor the calls from home warranty company. Do NOT USE this lack of a company !!

American Home Shield assigned my air conditioning repair to this company and they have not contacted me, nor do they answer the phone. Their voicemail doesn't have the company name and references a completely different phone number. Their website says 24/7 customer service. That is a bit difficult when they don't answer the phone. Meanwhile, I'm dying of heat with a broken air conditioner.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!! I agree with the last reviewer that the 5-star reviews are probably fake. These are the most unprofessional, unresponsive contractors I've ever worked with. Eugene came to my home and spoke with my wife. He told her that we needed a new furnace and he would contact our insurance (American Home Shield). He also said he would email me some pictures and an explanation of the problem. TWO WEEKS LATER I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. I have been told Eugene will call me multiple times. I have left messages and talked to the office. AHS has left messages and emailed. I've had two
