I worked with Brian to get into a new Jeep. He was able to make sure I got the model and trim I wanted. He made sure everything was right and came in on his off day so that I could take delivery, he even spent an hour going through all the tech.
Overall, the process was pretty painless. Heritage gave me the best price out of 4 dealers up front, so didn't really need to haggle. I am happy with the process.

I worked with Jeff Webber on a lease of a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L, and I have to say that the service was amazing. At no point did I feel like I was receiving a bad deal. After dealing with 2 other not-so-great dealerships over the course of 6 months in an attempt to factory order a vehicle, I ended up stepping away from both and going to Dealer Rater to find a better option. I recently purchased a new 2021 Jeep gladiator from heritage. They are by far the most knowledgeable and helpful dealer around. I have purchased multiple cars from them and everytime they always get me the best deal and are also the most helpful with any questions I have. I have went to other large dealers in the area and the experience is never as good as it is at Heritage. I will only be going to Heritage in the future. If you are in the market for a new vehicle go and speak to Jeff Weber. He was hands down one of the best salesman's I have ever felt with and he always got me the correct answer
