I went to Norris Acura west received an oil change and tire rotation for 89.99 for them to come out and tell me all fluids have been topped off , and its snows and the window fluid is bone dry empty. When I call to speak to the manager and leave my info for him to call me he does not ! This is supposed to be a luxury top of the line car dealerships!

We have bought 2 used cars from Acura of Ellicott City in the past 2 years. Damon was great! Very respectful of our time and our covid concerns. Next time we have a buy a car, we will not waste time driving to 20 different dealerships, we will go right here!

I scheduled a test drive of a vehicle and didn't show. Got the call back from Quon. He was friendly, courteous, and patient with me. As a salesman he was really cool and down to earth. I know I got on his nerves going back and forth. Finance manager was all that great however, Quon, gave me some honest advice and shared his personal experience with me. I ended up not buying the vehicle but it helped to know there are still some trustworthy individuals out there.
