Nestled in the hills of St. Helena amongst a 100 year old olive grove, Sabina Vineyards is a boutique winery and vineyard producing Estate Cabernet Sauvignon and Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. Family owned and managed. Our Sabina Willamette Valley Pinot Noir has been a labor of love. Fermented in small wood tanks using 30% whole fruit clusters and stored for 16 months in French Oak Barrels simply filtered before bottling.
This Pinot was produced at Sabina Vineyards, a little slice of heaven, a boutique vineyard, where we produce wine we drink.

About Us
Report
In 2002, David and Susan Sabin established Sabina Vineyards which they named in honor of David's mother, Sabina Sabin who was the Matriarch of the family. After spending most of their adult lives in Chicago where they raised three, now-grown, children, David and Susan moved to Napa Valley.
Together they have created a winery estate based on the small, family-owned Burgundian properties they have visited over years of travel to famous winegrowing regions.Their primary focus is the production of world-class Cabernet Sauvignon, and they have made a devoted commitment to organic farming.

The sloping bench where Sabina Vineyards and Winery is situated along the foothills of the Mayacamas Range in the western part of St. Helena has become famous for the cultivation of Cabernet Sauvignon.
Characteristics of this sub appellation of Appellation St. Helena are red volcanic soils with high iron content, a microclimate that funnels moisture from the Pacific Ocean and nearby bays into the area causing wide diurnal temperature swings, and the farming of premiere Bordeaux red grape varieties on sloping hillsides.

Sabina Vineyards enhances the spirit of art, wine, and food. We think of the winery as best described as the Quiet Winery as it evokes the soul and spirit of our family. Alejandro has become part of that spirit and with his art and skill set imparts the trusted knowledge that the wine begins and ends with the grape.

Our winery and home are on our vineyard property. Because winemaking is such a time-intensive business requiring hands-on attention, we are not open to the public. However, we do offer private tours on a very limited basis, by appointment only. In addition, once each year we invite our members to a Sabina Vineyards Open House.
