A: Our direct line is forwarded to our Maintenance Coordinator for after hour maintenance emergencies. A: We offer multiple ways to receive your money: We can direct deposit your funds, or send you a check. A: Leases will be signed by the property manager; however, all documentation in regards to an owner's property are made available to owners.
Tenant FAQs

A: No we cannot. Once we receive an application we will hold that unit for 24 hours to the person whos application was accepted. During that 24 hours we will need to collect a holding deposit and a signed lease. A: Cosigners are welcome to apply with any tenant that feels that he/she may require one.
