Since that time, RPM's expertise in the real estate industry has expanded to sales and management of single-family and multi-family properties, and most recently, commercial real estate management and leasing.

Reno Property Management is a Nevada Corporation that manages many condominium, townhome, and single family home associations throughout the greater Reno-Sparks area. We maintain an open working relationship with the board of directors of the associations we manage. We offer comprehensive review of CC&R, by-laws, articles of incorporation, and association rules and regulations.
Staff

Doug started his career in real estate in 1980 as an apartment manager. Although he is not a native Nevadan, he was raised in Fernley and has lived in Nevada most of his life. Doug advanced his career over the years and now has a Real Estate Brokers License. He is also a Certified Property Manager and Community Association Manager.
