I came here for my annual exam a few months ago, and then had an urgent medical eye issue and they saw me within 30 mins of calling and went out of their way to help. Friendly and helpful. Will be using them for all eye needs moving forward. I've seen two of their doctors and both were thorough and very helpful. The receptionists are super kind and helpful too, even went out of their way to work with medical insurance for this visit - incredible.

Hate to leave a bad review because Dr. Steer himself is great and the office is nice, but I was super disappointed with my contact lens ordering experience. I ended up ordering from them because they said after their mail in rebate they are usually comparable or cheaper than online retailers. It was my mistake to not double check for myself. I placed the order thinking I could cancel later if I found them cheaper and no one there told me that my order was final sale. Turns out even after the mail in rebate (which is a hassle), their lenses are $30 more expensive for a year supply than at least
