Blue Lotus Yoga Studio is located in the Bay Ridge Plaza at 119 Hillsmere Drive, Annapolis, MD 21403. The 1,900 square foot space has been meticulously designed to evoke calm, simplicity, and style. Inside are two separate studios -- one that's home to our barre and yoga sculpt classes and a second space for our vinyasa, yin and gentle yoga classes.

Blue Lotus Yoga Studio was founded in 2018 by Julie Nogueira and Duffy Perkins. Their mission---to create a space where everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered. BLYS takes a holistic approach to health and wellness with classes designed to tone, strengthen, balance, and restore. A former gymnast and dancer, Julie began practicing yoga in the early 2000s with Gregor Singleton at the Baron Baptiste Studio in Boston.

For more information, visit our policies page on the website. BREATHE & ALIGN is a slowly paced vinyasa practice that incorporates longer-than-average holds and mindful breath work. The format encourages practitioners to focus on proper alignment as they move through the sequence. Opportunities for intermediate and advanced postures will be presented for those who want a challenge.
