We are a mixed martial arts school based in traditional Kyokushin Full contact Karate. We believe in the old-school tenets of the martial arts with a new age twist. We use a rotating curriculum so our students always have a fresh new approach to training. We drive the principles of self-discipline, respect, teamwork, leadership, perseverance and a never quit spirit.
We teach reality based self -defense and Kyokushin karate to both kids and adults. Each prospective Kyokushin karate student goes through interview process. Our program is structured for a complete Mixed Martial Arts experience. Covering all aspects of the martial arts game from the stand up, clinch, takedown to grappling. Our stand up foundation is deeply rooted in traditional Kyokushin Karate, the takedowns in Judo and the ground is Jiu-Jitsu based. Our facility was founded through the inspiration and dream to instruct young and old alike in a positive make it happen environment.

FAST Defense, acronym for Fear Adrenal Stress Training is a simple step-by-step process class that allows students to recondition their normal negative fear/freeze responses into those of amazing strength and power. Since the adrenal rush is a natural instinctual reaction to a stressful situation, the trick is learning to harness and focus all that power into one's self defense.
