Mental Health Association Of Nebraska
MHA-NE, Mental Health Association of Nebraska, was incorporated in 2001. We are a completely peer operated, participant driven organization that provides a variety of different programs available to individuals with mental health and/or substance use and addiction issues.

MHA-NE is currently the only nonprofit peer run organization in Nebraska and offers alternative options for those experiences mental health and/or substance use and addiction issues as well as crisis prevention.We offer many resources online so you can obtain information from the comfort of your home.

Keya
Report
The word "Keya" means "turtle" in Lakota, a Native American language. Keya is believed to be a symbol of good health and long life. Keya demonstrates the ability to adapt to changes and new surroundings by living in and out of water-a trait symbolizing the power of individuals to adapt to healthier activities and a new lifestyle.
REAL Program
Report
The REAL referral program works closely with law enforcement officials, community corrections officers and other local human service providers to offer diversion from higher levels of care and to provide a recovery model form of community support with the help of trained Peer Specialists. When a referral is made to the REAL program Peer Specialists begin the process of contacting the person whom was referred.
Reentry Programs

Honu Home is a Peer-Operated Respite. Meaning that all staff and volunteers are individuals who experience mental health, substance use and/or trauma issues; many of whom have been incarcerated themselves. Honu Home is not a group home, half-way house or treatment program. We believe in treating people like adults.
Kame

The fear of losing Social Security and other public benefits creates a barrier in moving toward employment. Benefits planning services helps to reduce this fear by providing education about work incentives available to beneficiairies. The Benefits Specialist can assist with comprehensive benefits planning, applications, issues related to benefits through peer support, so that participants are able to make informed choices in their lives.

The people arent honest theres a guy when i call at 2 hes rude rushes me off the warmline by saying hes doing something then i call 30 minutes later theres a stupid machine on i know a bbb thats opened im turning this place in for poor behavier towards .e
