Services
Joint Mobilization
Our therapists use skilled hand movements to improve joint mobility and reduce pain. This technique helps restore normal joint function and is often combined with exercise programs. Patients benefit from improved range of motion and decreased stiffness through targeted manual interventions.
Myofascial Release
This hands-on technique addresses restrictions in connective tissue surrounding muscles. Therapists apply sustained pressure to release tension and improve circulation. Patients experience reduced pain and increased flexibility through this specialized soft tissue manipulation approach.
Post-Operative Care
We provide structured recovery programs following surgical procedures. Our protocols focus on restoring function while protecting healing tissues. Patients receive personalized exercise plans and manual therapy to accelerate recovery and regain independence after surgery.
Sports Injury Treatment
Specialized care for sports-related injuries combines manual therapy and functional training. Our approach addresses acute injuries and chronic conditions to restore athletic performance. Patients receive sport-specific rehabilitation plans to safely return to competitive activities.
Strength Training
Customized exercise programs build muscle strength and improve functional capacity. Therapists supervise progressive resistance training tailored to individual needs. Patients develop better body mechanics and injury prevention strategies through structured strength development programs.

Amongst the three physical therapy places I have been to, this is the best one. Everyone I have encountered in the practice is kind, caring, open minded, knowledgeable, and willing to work with my concerns and put their best efforts to improve my well being. I feel the genuine desire of my therapists, Jen and Bridget, to help me find relief and healing. Even when the practice is a bit busy, I never feel I am left to run through my routine on my own for a long stretch of time. I am often asked for my feedback and progress. I have found true partners in my road to recovery in this practice.

The atmosphere is so friendly from the front desk to the therapists. No problems with billing, insurance, or scheduling appointments - which is like a breath of fresh air to me. I went to see Jennifer Walsh and she was excellent in relieving me of my sciatic nerve pain. She used her intuition while she worked on me and I couldn't be more appreciative of her services. I will miss going there.

I saw Bridget for physical therapy prior to my spinal fusion surgery and again after for rehabilitation. She was very thorough in her diagnosis of my symptoms and quite knowledgeable in all aspects of physical therapy, mobility and rehabilitation. I am an inquisitive person and had a lot of questions based on functional movements and techniques. She answered all my inquires in detail and also aided in correcting my form through all the various core stabilization, hip mobility and gluteal strengthening exercises. These sessions provided a great foundation for me to personally continue in improving

I have used Chantilly Physical Therapy following knee replacements and cervical spine surgery. All of their therapists are exceptional compared to others I have used in the past. They are knowledgeable and caring and have always given me a good outcome. I would recommend Chantilly Physical Therapy to anyone.
