The Greenmar Apartments are located in beautiful Fenton, MO. Greenmar Apartments has two-bedroom apartments with great amenities inside the apartments. There are also great community amenities here as well such as an outdoor swimming pool, a clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, and much more. Not to mention that this community is pet friendly.

I truly can't brag on greenmar enough! The residents are friendly, the maintenance is always helpful IF needed but in my 3 years here they have barely been needed and the office staff is some of the most friendly people I've ever met. Especially Ashton! She is the one who signed us and has truly been here for us through our entire stay!

Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee $2500 and concessions must be paid back for the months used. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.
