Application fees are $50 per person 18 and older occupying the apartment. You may pay these online with a bank account, by credit card (a small fee will apply), or with a personal or cashier's check to the office. All application fees are nonrefundable. Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is two and a half times the rent amount.
Renters Insurance

Our community requires renter's insurance to protect each resident's property. Please provide a confirmation of coverage by bringing the leasing office a declaration page from your insurance company. A minimum of $100,000.00 in liability insurance in required and Park Commons Apartments must be listed as an interested party.
