What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Less than 24-hour notice incurs 50% service fee. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations.
Are hair and styling prices included?
Hair and styling prices are separate from application fees. Costs vary based on length, thickness, and texture selected during consultation.
Do you provide on-site services?
Yes, we offer house calls for weddings, photo shoots, and special events throughout New York City.

Miho is fabulous! A total perfectionist with hair and gives the greatest service prior, during and after every single appointment. I don't know what my hair would do without her in New York - would recommend to all!

This salon has changed so the old reviews do not apply. Currently Miho herself does hair, styling and more and she's the best. She works with all types of hair which is beautiful. Although she is Japanese and has smoother hair she also knows how to work with hair that is not so smooth like my own African hair which is permed but a very different texturized texture. She knows exactly what I want and I never leave unsatisfied. I do side gigs and the hair and make-up people always love the foundation she sets for them because they say it's easier to style my hair after I have been to Miho.
