FIWL accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), an authorization form is required. USPS Priority Mail is used for all Standard Shipping deliveries, which will arrive within approximately 4-8 business days. Expedited Shipping is also available, and your preferred expedited method can be selected at checkout. Your tracking number will be sent automatically via email.
