Northeast Family Foot Care
At Northeast Family Foot Care, we believe that a visit to the doctor does not have to be a stressful experience. We want you to feel relaxed and at home. In fact, in our office, you are not just a patient, we treat you as if you were a family member and we only want the best for our family. New patients should arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to allow for collection of information.

Please bring your insurance cards with you as well as any other pertinent information such as the name of your primary doctor, allergies, and current medications. Reminder calls are consistently made the business day prior to your appointment and we appreciate notification if you are unable to keep your appointment.

Report
Ankle sprains are caused by an unnatural twisting or force on the ankle bones of the foot, often resulting in one or more ligaments on the outside of the ankle to be stretched or torn. If not properly treated, ankle sprains could develop into long-term problems. Bunions are misaligned big toe joints that can become swollen and tender, causing the first joint of the big toe to slant outward, and the second joint to angle toward the other toes.
Podiatry
Report
A podiatrist is a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM). Podiatrists are specialists that diagnose and treat all aspects of the foot, ankle, and related structures of the leg. Podiatrists are the most qualified doctors to care for your feet. After completing a four year undergraduate degree in science, they then need to complete four years of studies and clinical training in a podiatric medical school.
Staff
Report
Both doctors believe that surgery is a last resort only. They find great reward in improving the function and health of their patients' feet with conservative measures such as shoe inserts, discussing the right shoe for your foot, tapings, injections, medications, and physical therapy. Very often, problems can be resolved after only 1-2 visits.
