The Dr. Office is unprofessional as far as the secretary services they just change appointments without calling and one doctor who was my doctor shouldn't even be there ge doesn't do anything and he rushes you out.

When I made the decision to keep my mother at that office, it was based on a few things. I. Cleaness 2.felt the Dr. was pretty good with my mother. 3. I thought the staff was nice and professional. Now, my feelings has changed, just like their ancillary staff. Mom, annual appointment has not come up, and she was out of her pressure meds. T.... the young lady who took my call from day one of me trying to get my mother refill gave me hell , she was rude and shouldn't be in customer service. I hate when I have to deal with rude folks, especially when there's a human need. My next step, I will contact

I received my first COVID vaccine from Sayre!! The staff was very professional and comforting. For a person that hates needles, the staff made me feel very comfortable. Making an appointment was easy and the wait for the vaccine wasnt long.
