Originally from Northern California, Kate is a Pilates professional and former professional dancer with over 10 years experience in movement of the human body. After graduating with a BFA in Dance from CSU Long Beach, she went through the rigorous BASI Pilates 450 hour certification program. During the program, she received training and mentorship from Karen Clippinger along with a specialization in working with dancers.
