Youth aerials

Perfect for ages 7-14, our kids' program will teach your aerialist in making aerial hoop, hammocks, and silks. This is a 14-week series with 12 weeks of instruction and 2 make-up classes. Class meets every Tuesday from 5:15-6:15 PM. At the end of the series, your aerialist will showcase all that he or she has learned in class for family and friends.

Chairs are good for more than sitting! Chairs can be used as an apparatus and dance partner. So pull up a seat and let's get topsy turvy in this Acro Chair workshop. In this 60 minute workshop we'll throw proper sitting etiquette out the door and learn some improper, but oh-so-fun ways, to dangle our bodies on and across chairs.

Celebrate your bachelorette, birthday, girls night out, mom's night out, or friends reunion with us! You'll have private studio time with a dedicated Shine Fitness Studio instructor. During your party, we'll teach you all the tricks, spins, and choreography to create a fun routine by the end of class.

We utilize Mindbody to schedule classes and manage your passes and membership. You can schedule your classes on our website under the Classes tab OR for quick and easy access to the schedule and your passes, download the Mindbody application via the iOS app store or Google Play store. Once you've downloaded the Mindbody application, create an account to login.
