Now Yoga Club & Community Center (NYC3) is built for adults, kids, and families, too. With a variety of classes, workshops, and more, this yoga and mindfulness haven has something for everyone. Come see what we have to offer you. We encourage signing up for your classes at least 60 minutes in advance to ensure your spot.
We also know that sometimes you might decide to take a class for which you didn't plan ahead. In an effort to respect our teachers' time, if there are zero sign-ups 60 minutes before class, we reserve the right to cancel that class for the day. If you know you are coming and want to avoid this, please sign up at least 60 minutes before class.

Thai BodyWork
Report
Thai Bodywork is an amazing, unique form of bodywork. Tension in our mind transforms into tension in our body. Therapeutic touch can help transform physical and mental dis-ease. In a Thai Bodywork session, your only job is to relax, breathe, and really let go to allow your experienced, certified Thai Bodyworker to take care of you.

Like many people, Sarah began her practice to add variety to her workout. It didn't take long, however, for her to realize that yoga offers much more than physical fitness; yoga opened Sarah to a more balanced, mindful lifestyle, and she has never looked back.
After a few years of practicing, Sarah traveled to Costa Rica to complete her 200 hour teacher training in the traditional eight-limbed path of Ashtanga yoga including hatha flow, vinyasa flow, Pranayama, and meditation.
