The Yoga Room
Includes teachings from many of the schools of Hatha and Raja yoga: Bihar, Himalayan, Iyengar, Biniyoga, Ashtanga, Bikram and other Jnana and Bhakti schools. We offer breathwork (pranayama) within our regular yoga classes and as separate yoga therapy workshops. We offer meditation classes, workshops and private instructions tp help you focus your mind, reduce stress and anxiety and live the blissful, joyful life that yoga promises each of us.

Yoga Nidra, the "sleep" of the yogis, is a relaxing yoga practice meant to calm both the body and the mind. Our workshops and retreats are meant to help you deepen your understanding of yoga and enhance your yoga practice. Our events range from events and workshops at the studio to yoga vacations in other countries.

For reopening we are following the guidelines given to us by the CDC, Yoga Alliance and OSHA and limited class size for safe social distancing. 1. Make sure that you are logged into Tula Software (log in below where it says "Log in/Create Account"). You MUST PRE-REGISTER (Sign up & pay) for these classes at least 24 hours before class begins.

We are the only Yoga studio in NWI who offer yoga for different ages and stages of life (Samapatti Yoga) AND classes which suit the needs of those different bodies and stages of life. Come and experience the Yoga Room difference. Chair Yoga- This class offers gentle yoga stretching all done seated in chairs or standing beside the chair using it as a prop.

If you wish to take classes with us (either IN PERSON or LIVE STREAM) you must purchase a drop-in or the 5 or 10 class pass. First, create and account on the student access page, then purchase your class or classes, then you can use those credits to sign up for classes. Yoga Therapy is perfect for back, neck, and shoulder problems, MS, stress, anxiety, and other physical problems.

Founder and originator of Samapatti Yoga, Mike includes teachings from all of the schools of hatha and raja yoga he has studied in over 34 years of practice: Bihar, Himalayan, Iyengar, Viniyoga, Ashtanga, Bikram and other Raja, Jnana and Bhakti schools. He has studied, practiced or taught these various forms of yoga since 1984.

We will share music, meditation, yoga nidra and yoga breathing for all who wish to find greater peace and calm in their lives. Come and learn more about yoga, relaxation and meditation. Join Jenny for a workshop on the quiet practice of Yin Yoga. Relaxing and deeper poses are held longer creating a stillness that helps to awaken the present moment within our body, mind and heart.
