Services
Myofascial Release
This hands-on technique applies sustained pressure to myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore mobility. It addresses chronic pain, postural imbalances, and emotional trauma stored in fascia. Sessions focus on releasing tension patterns through direct skin contact without oils or machinery.
Cranial-Sacral Therapy
Gentle manipulation of cranial bones and sacrum to release restrictions in the craniosacral system. Treats migraines, neurological conditions, and structural imbalances by improving cerebrospinal fluid flow. Combines traditional techniques with advanced training from multiple therapeutic lineages.
Structural Energetic Therapy
Integrates muscle testing, cranial work, and myofascial release to correct postural distortions. Addresses core structural imbalances causing pain and mobility issues. Utilizes proprietary protocols for long-term skeletal alignment and functional improvement.
Cupping Therapy
Uses suction cups to decompress soft tissues and stimulate circulation. Releases deep muscle tension, reduces inflammation, and aids detoxification. Combines traditional cupping with bio-magnetic therapy for enhanced healing effects.
Pediatric Bodywork
Specialized cranial-sacral and myofascial techniques for children with developmental disorders. Addresses conditions like autism, ADHD, and birth trauma. Gentle approach focuses on improving neurological function and structural development through non-invasive methods.

Questions
What makes your bodywork approach unique?
Our practice combines myofascial release, cranial-sacral therapy, and structural realignment protocols developed through 20+ years of specialized training. This integrative method addresses both physical and emotional trauma patterns.
Do you treat children with developmental conditions?
Yes, we specialize in pediatric cranial-sacral therapy for conditions like autism, ADHD, and birth trauma. Our gentle techniques have shown documented improvements in neurological function and structural development.
Can you help with chronic pain from old injuries?
Our myofascial unwinding techniques specifically target trauma stored in connective tissue. Many clients experience significant relief from chronic pain patterns related to past injuries, surgeries, or emotional trauma.
What should I expect during a first session?
Initial sessions include postural assessment and discussion of health history. Treatment combines hands-on therapy with client education about tissue hydration and self-care practices to support long-term healing.
Do you offer different types of massage?
We focus on therapeutic bodywork rather than relaxation massage. Our techniques include deep tissue work, cranial adjustments, and energetic release protocols tailored to individual healing needs.
How often should I schedule sessions?
Treatment frequency depends on individual needs. Acute conditions may require weekly sessions, while maintenance typically ranges from biweekly to monthly appointments for sustained structural support.

Pal is one of the best massage therapists I've seen. He has a deep knowledge of muscles, tendons and faschia - and knows how to correct imbalances that can cause chronic pain or poor posture. I have been to see him to address several issues and have always felt better after a session. At each session, he will do an assessment to see what issues there are, and then develop a plan to address the issues. He is extremely analytical as well as intuitive.

If you're looking for someone to make the pain go away you're in the right place. One session with Paul is like weeks of chiropractor visits as far as results.

Don't expect a regular relaxation massage, expect an extremely knowledgeable LMT that will work closely with you and help both physically and psychologically/emotionally. Give him a shot, you won't regret it.

First of all, I have travelled 3 hours to see Paul on several occasions. If I lived close, I would see him weekly. He is that good. He listens to the body with caring attentiveness. His intuition accompanied with his skill produce this winning combination that spells RELIEF!! I had what felt like a hiatal hernia. No one seemed to be able to help like Paul did. I am forever grateful and he has a fan for life!

Pal is an outstanding bodyworker. I had lower back tightness for years and he used brilliant myofascial release techniques to make space and release this tension. I highly recommend his services - he is just great!
